Dixon Police investigate report of student on school grounds with a gun

Although the suspect was released from jail Friday afternoon, it is likely he was later picked up by federal immigration agents because of his undocumented status, police said Saturday.

An Immigration and Customs Enforcement official said the agency is aware of his status and plans to take him into custody.
