Spurs: Tony Parker out rest of playoffs

13 May 2017

Kawhi Leonard scored a game-high 34 points as the San Antonio Spurs defeated the Houston Rockets 121-96 on Wednesday to level their National Basketball Association playoff series at one game each.

The Spurs, who were blitzed 126-99 in Game 1 of the Western Conference semifinals, rebounded behind Parker to win 121-96 Wednesday in San Antonio.

There was no immediate word on Parker's condition.

He rose to his feet but was unable to put any pressure on his left leg, so he was carried off the court by rookie guard Dejounte Murray and center Dewayne Dedmon.

India to skip China's Belt and Road Forum
This includes China's commitment to buy American beef as part of the "100-day plan" agreement, according to reports . Li Hui noted that much has been achieved in linking the Belt and Road initiative with the Eurasian Economic Union.

Popovich said after the game that it didn't look good, and the Spurs' fears were confirmed after an MRI on Thursday.

Tied at one game apiece, the series between the Rockets and Spurs now shifts to Houston.

If Parker is out for the rest of the playoffs, I'm not predicting that San Antonio won't win another game. Averaging just 3.3 more minutes per game, Parker had the slight edge in scoring (10.1 to 9.5 ppg) and assists (4.5 to 3.5 apg). Parker and sixth man Manu Ginobili are Springfield bound in their own right, but these guys were bound to break down eventually.

In the midst of a resounding and redemptive victory, the Spurs' celebration came to an abrupt stop when Tony Parker was carried off the court with what appeared to be a serious left leg injury.

That's notable because, previously, while an iOS app could be developed on a PC, a Mac was required to deploy it. The Mac version of the development suite was first released in a preview build back in November of a year ago .

Game 3 is Friday night in Houston.

On the bright side, San Antonio has fared well when playing Mills without a secondary playmaker - especially with Kawhi Leonard and LaMarcus Aldridge, exceptional individual scorers, on the floor. "It's tough. We say a prayer for him". "No excuses, we're just going to go complete and play our best game in Houston", he said.

The bad news, however, is that they lost Tony Parker in the process. "You definitely don't want to see a person like that go down". Parker joined longtime teammate Tim Duncan as the only players born outside the United States to score 4,000 points in the postseason.

"You find somebody to stop LeBron in these moments, I'll give you $100", Toronto's DeMar DeRozan said. "Not saying they don't have good enough players to step in. It's not an easy task, but I think he got a little more comfortable as the game went on". If the injury is deemed to be career-ending, the Spurs can't even apply for salary-cap relief until one year from the date of the injury.

Behind the pope as he prayed were thousands of points of light as people held up candles in the shrine's vast, dark square. He stopped to greet an elderly woman in a wheelchair, kissed children on the head and embraced a handicapped man.
