Xiaomi Mi Max 2 set to be announced next week

19 May 2017

But now we have the confirmed news that the Mi Max 2 smartphone is going to launch in China on May 25 instead of May 23 as rumoured earlier.

Just this weekend, we had published that Xiaomi may have accidentally recognized his next phablet, the Xiaomi Mi Max 2 and it seems that we were not too misguided in doing so.

Cavs rout Celtics in Game 1
I mean, they definitely showed a few bodies that was aggressive on me, but that's nothing I haven't seen this whole year. But we would bet LeBron doesn't ever want to feel the way he felt after the Cavaliers lost to the Celtics that year.

The phone will likely not be sold officially anywhere in the United States, or Europe, but phone geeks would still find it worth knowing about its existence. Few rumors also suggest the Mi Max 2 to come with the newly announced Snapdragon 660 SoC that comes with Adreno 512 GPU. Xiaomi ditched the 3.5mm headphone jack for its latest flagship, Xiaomi Mi 6 and the phone bundled without earphones. The phone will upgrade the battery to 5000mAh from the 4850mAh in Mi Max. Leaked specifications on GeekBench had indicated Snapdragon 626 processor coupled with 4GB RAM and a massive 5000 mAh battery. It will have a 4GB/6GB RAM and 64GB/128GB of internal storage. If the rumours are to be believed, the upcoming Mi Max 2 would see a significant overhaul in nearly all departments, be it software, hardware, camera or any other.

Now the official Mi Max 2 page is enabled on the company website waiting to show all device specifications. The Xiaomi Mi Max 2, as many of you already know, is Xiaomi's upcoming phablet which had been leaking out for quite some time now, and thanks to those leaks we already have plenty of info when it comes to its design and specs, read on. Mi Max 2 is going to be the successor of the Mi Max which was launched past year. On top of that both devices will run on Android 7.1.1 Nougat with MIUI 8 (or MIUI 9?).

The Sony Pictures hack in 2014 and another attack on a Bangladesh bank in 2016 have both been attributed to the Lazarus. The Kill Switch mentioned is a domain name which WannaCry would check for existence to decide if to keep spreading.
