Moto C Plus to launch in India on June 19

Convenient, compatible, customizable, current, cool, charged and classy is what Motorola is calling its latest device, Moto C Plus, set to launch on June 19, Monday, in India. The phone, along with the Moto C, was first unveiled in May offering entry-level specifications at affordable prices.

Motorola officially announced to the public on Twitter and Facebook about the Moto C Plus release on 19 June. Now, in India the device is available for purchase on Flipkart, a prominent online retailer, in the country. Upcoming Moto C Plus will have Android Nougat operating system, the company assured.

Moto C Plus offers 8 megapixels rear camera with LED flash, f/2.2 aperture, 1.12 micron pixels, autofocus and 71-degree field of view.

Moto C Plus, which is the high-end variant of Moto C that was launched just a few days back in India, is the second budget friendly smartphone from Motorola to debut this year. It also gets a 2-megapixel front-facing camera similar to the Moto C. The smartphone houses a 4000mAh battery that is much larger than the 2350mAh battery inside the Moto C. The Moto C Plus measures 144x72.3x10 mm and weighs 162 grams. Connectivity options of C Plus include Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, Headphones, FM, and 3G.
