Monaco's Fabinho: Manchester United transfer 'would be very tempting'

Manchester United are on the brink of signing of AS Monaco wing-back Fabinho.

A host of star names are being linked with moves to United, Real Madrid trio Cristiano Ronaldo, Alvaro Morata and James Rodriguez, Inter winger Ivan Perisic, Tottenham's Eric Dier, Monaco's Fabinho and Chelsea midfielder Nemanja Matic.

On whether he's a midfielder or a right back, the Brazilian explained he's now happy to do either: "My adaptation to midfield was good this season, because in previous seasons the manager had already used me in that position".

United are among those linked with the Brazil worldwide, who told Esporte Interativo in his homeland that he would be open to an approach.
