2nd teen arrested over acid attacks in London

The Home Secretary said she would look at policing and sentencing in the light of recent incidents, including five attacks in the space of 90 minutes in London last week. All five attacks, which police believe are linked, took place within the space of 72 minutes.

"There is something particularly troubling about these kinds of attacks", she said.
