Guam adviser urges calm after North Korea threat

Despite tensions and talk of war, life on the streets of the North Korean capital remains calm.

Guam's Department of Homeland Security and Office of Civil Defense say they are monitoring North Korea with USA military and government officials. The U.S. recaptured the territory three years later. Patrons packed local restaurants, barely glancing at televisions bearing news of Pyongyang's latest threat against their homeland.

Trump tweeted Friday: "Military solutions are now fully in place, locked and loaded, should North Korea act unwisely".
