"Night To Shine" is sponsored by area churches.
While it is the fourth year for the Night To Shine event nationally, it is the second year it has appeared in the Quad-Cities. He had the ideal outfit picked out. "I look at them and think what do we have to complain about?"

Night to Shine is a prom night experience for people with special needs, ages 14 and older. He remembered telling his partner they were going to have a blast, wanting to make him comfortable and cut down on his shyness.
