Elon Musk's space company has developed a clever contraption to help it retrieve parts from Falcon 9 rockets that have landed back on Earth.

Liftoff of Spain's PAZ radar-imaging satellite is rescheduled for 6:17 a.m. Thursday.

Its goal is to beam internet into your home from space, with an orbiting group of devices providing high-speed, cable-like internet all over the world. The mission was also delayed on February 16 and February 18 for different reasons, including added systems checks and reviews of the rocket's fairing, or nose cone.

A specially designed ship, named Mr. Steven, has been docked at the Port of Los Angeles since December. SpaceX is changing the game and today they are back in the news with more exciting advances. In SpaceX's most recent Falcon Heavy test, for example, it's where the Tesla Roadster was stored.

SpaceX's Falcon 9 rocket is launching early this morning, and although it doesn't have quite the worldwide attention that the Falcon Heavy got, it's still going to be quite a momentous occasion. SpaceX is determined to colonize Mars at a cost ten times less than other space agency which has given a lot of attention over the year.

SpaceX has saved one of its payload fairings before: In March 2017, the company launched a previously used Falcon 9 rocket to carry a payload - a communications satellite created to provide TV, internet and other services to people in Latin America.

SpaceX has not confirmed whether it will try to recover the Falcon 9's first stage on Sunday's flight, but the company's drone ship was observed departing Port Canaveral on Wednesday. SpaceX hopes to further boost its reusability technologies - and lower launch costs - by capturing and reusing its fairings, the protective casing that surrounds the payload.

The primary mission on Wednesday is the launch of the PAZ satellite to low Earth orbit.

The rocket itself, one of the firm's frequently used Falcon 9s, features a booster stage that was recovered from a previous mission.

The payload fairings are clam shell-like nose cone halves that protect the craft's payload.

SpaceX has received support from Federal Communications Commission chairman Ajit Pai.
