With FBI agents listening in on their conversation, "Cohen" explains he's concerned by Trump's ever-changing explanation of the payments to Stormy Daniels.

Cohen admitted to paying porn star Stormy Daniels $130,000 in hush money days before the election, and the revelation ignited a firestorm of a scandal that's lasted for months.

For his part, Trump on Thursday denied any campaign money was used to reimburse Cohen and said he was paid via retainer.

"If I thought it was fair, I would override my lawyers", Trump said about meeting with Mueller as he boarded the presidential helicopter on Friday.

When Stephanopoulos asked Giuliani, "Why didn't the president make the payment earlier?" Did the President know about the $130,000 payment?

"What are you wearing?" the fake Trump blurted out, to laughter, before cutting the faux Cohen out of the call. Trump has denied Daniels' allegations.

Kumaraswamy said he would not be a "kingmaker" and instead people of the state would bless him as "king" in the 12 May polls. The reference was to Modi's earlier remarks that Rahul can not speak for even five minutes without referring to notes.

Daniels is now suing Trump to be released from the non-disclosure agreement she signed when she took payment of the $130,000.

Giuliani told ABC's "This Week", when asked about Cohen making payments to other women, The Hill reported. "If he didn't anticipate using these funds to assist with these types of third-party payments", Schuman asked rhetorically, "then why did he still have the funds to pay Stormy Daniels if they were intended for some earlier, innocuous goal?"

And days before the 2016 presidential election, she says she received Dollars 130,000 from Trump's then personal attorney Michael Cohen to not go public about her relationship with the president.

"We all feel pretty good that we've got everything kind of straightened out and we're setting the agenda", Giuliani told WaPo after spending time with Trump at his golf club post-interview on Sunday.

Giuliani told The New York Times he had documentation proving Trump had reimbursed the sum, which he said "removes the campaign finance violation" prospect.

The attorney representing Daniels in the lawsuit against Cohen over the legality of the hush agreement and a separate defamation lawsuit against Trump argued otherwise.

Giuliani replied, "Michael Avenatti's going to say what he has to say to collect his money". "You just want that to go viral and you want to say President Trump and lie in the same sentence".

"They were a regular occurrence". "I mean Donald Trump went on "Saturday Night Live" during the election".

He then referenced a case in which former President Bill Clinton resisted a subpoena, citing executive privilege.

Besides Daniels, former Playboy model Karen McDougal claims she was intimate with Trump "many dozens" of times from 2006 to 2007. "It was a very fast-moving exchange ... and so he's saying he didn't know about it when the payment occurred, he found out about it after the fact". "It was a fast-moving exchange".

"Sorry, I know you don't believe in Climate Change, but a storm's a-comin' baby", Daniels told him, to end the sketch.

Rep. Adam Schiff, the top Democrat on the House Intelligence Committee, said the shifting story on when Trump knew was problematic. The omission of those debts could have violated a federal law that prohibits wilfully making false statements to the USA government, he told Reuters.
