Chelsea midfielder Boga backing Marseille to win Europa League

17 May 2018

As both Atlético Madrid and Marseille look forward to locking horns in the UEFA Europa League 2018 Final, let us have a look at the preview of this much-awaited clash.

Atletico have already secured their space in next season's Champions League by finishing 2nd in La Liga but Atletico will be looking to win their first trophy in 4 years, the last being the La Liga title.

The European slate for the season wraps up on May 26 with the Champions League final between Real Madrid and Liverpool in Kiev, Ukraine.

Spaniards Atletico won the competition in 2010 and 2012, and have lost in two Champions League finals since.

Manchester City have chance to dominate Premier League, says Alan Shearer
Kane's England team-mate Jamie Vardy scored two of Leicester's four goals. "It's not the time to talk of next season". Carlo Ancelotti was in charge at Stamford Bridge when Chelsea set the previous record of 103 goals in 2009-10.

"We can go down in history and leave an even bigger mark on this club", Payet added, as excitement builds around France.

France's Marseille face Spain's Atletico Madrid in the UEFA Europa League final Wednesday evening.

That subdued the massed ranks of Marseille fans, and things got worse for them when Payet, their captain and most influential player who had been struggling with a hamstring problem ahead of the game, came off crying just after the half-hour mark. It'll certainly be a tough game.

"Aside from the sadness that it gives me to not be there from the start in the final, I have a great feeling with German".

Hamilton wins a relatively ho-hum 2018 Spanish Grand Prix
Rookie sensation Charles LeClerc earned his second points finish of the season in 10th place, behind Sergio Perez's Force India . After a breathless and competitive season of Formula One , this weekend's action from the Spanish Grand Prix felt like a rerun.

If Marseille are to prevail, they may also need a major contribution from former Newcastle United star Florian Thauvin, who has been in sparkling form this season. We'll be excited, up for it, but also tense. Nothing we've seen has dented our confidence that this is still the case as Diego Simeone's side make the trip to Lyon for the final.

"As is the case with any defense which plays so close together, we're going to have to move the ball around very quickly in tight spaces".

Cape Town - Atletico Madrid will secure success for Spain in Wednesday's Europa League final, if bookmakers are to be believed. They're very risky, particularly in midfield and attack.

"We know each other a whole life, and we understand football the same way. No French side have ever won this trophy; it would be fantastic if we could be the first".

Ty Lue ironically calls out Celtics for 'gooning' the game up
Love said he thought the Cavs were a "little soft" in the first half in Game 1. "That's what I tried to do". He returned a few minutes later and finished out the half with what the Cavaliers said was a strained neck.

The governing body still haven't learned their lesson, despite widespread condemnation of delays to the 2016 UEFA Champions League and 2017 Champions League finals because of pre-match performances from Alicia Keys and the Black Eyed Peas, respectively.
