In Wednesday night's Game 3, finished just an hour before, James scored 33 points (in logging a 10th career National Basketball Association finals triple-double), limited Warriors star Steph Curry to just one three-point shot and still Cleveland lost, 110-102.

The Cavs, down 0-2 in the series, face a virtual must-win situation because no National Basketball Association team has ever come back to win a series after trailing 0-3. Teams that have fallen behind 3-0 in the playoffs are 0-131.

Kevin Durant added 26 points, Klay Thompson had 20 and JaVale McGee added 12 to spark the Warriors. He finished with a playoff career-high 43 points to go with 13 rebounds and seven assists, including hitting 6-of-9 3-pointers.

The Cavaliers came home for the Finals, one defeat away from the 0-3 deficit that no team ever has overcome in any National Basketball Association playoff series.

He had previously been starting for Golden State in these playoffs as part of what is known as the Warriors' "Hamptons 5" lineup - a nod to the four players who went on the NY recruiting trip to lure Kevin Durant to their team two summers ago. But after missing his first nine three-point attempts, Curry hit his first three-pointer when the Warriors needed it most - a trey with the Warriors clinging to a 98-97 lead with 2 minutes 38 seconds left.

Cavaliers-Warriors NBA Finals is a total mismatch, says Jeff Van Gundy
In the early numbers that's up 7% over last year's Game 1 between the winning Pittsburgh Penguins and the Nashville Predators. LeBron James responded to critics wondering if it was good to have the same two teams in the NBA Finals four years in a row.

"He's pretty much unsafe every night, but (down in a series) we know the force he's going to bring and the pressure he's going to put on us, and we have to be able to withstand that", Kerr said.

Ben Margot/APWe're on Round Four of the Cleveland Cavaliers and Golden State Warriors in the NBA Finals. Wednesday's culprit was Kevin Durant, the superstar forward who signed with the Warriors before last season with the hope of creating a dynasty. "We know coming on the road is going to be tougher".

Brown, along with San Francisco 49ers defensive end Arik Armstead actually took in Game 2 of the NBA Finals at Oracle Arena, and while the result of the game wasn't the one No. 81 was looking for, he was impressed by the energy of the stadium.

He buried his 10th try, though, a critical conversion that made it 101-97 in Golden State's favor just when things got tight and both teams were exchanging baskets.

Durant was dominant from the jump as he was essentially the only reason the game was close in the first half, scoring 24 of his 43 on 7-of-11 shooting before the break.

And it's not just new devices which will benefit, as Apple said iOS 12 will be available on all the same devices as iOS 11 is. Apple added some cool features to Siri , including a new Shortcuts feature and app based on Apple's Workflow acquisition.

With just under one minute to play, the Warriors were clinging to a three-point lead in what had been an exciting, back and forth game.

"The shot clock was running down, I was pretty far out, I just wanted to get a look", Durant said. Allowing James and company to shift momentum is a unsafe risk and perhaps the shadow of 2016 still haunts the Warriors, as Curry suggests.

James was fantastic, again: 33 points, 10 rebounds and 11 assists.

Curry and Thompson combined for just 21 points on 7-of-27 shooting from the field.

Cavs' Perkins warns Curry and Warriors
When he takes the floor, it'll be for the 238th playoff game of his career. "Andre helps us in every regard", Kerr said. But we have an opportunity to seize the opportunity. "We obviously know they're not the Celtics", J.R.
