Tribune Media agrees to $3.9 billion sale to Sinclair


Sinclair is buying 100% of Tribune's outstanding shares for $43.50 per share for an aggregate price of about $3.9 billion. Sinclair Broadcast Group confirmed Monday that it will acquire Tribune Media for roughly $3.9 billion.
