Blaze engulfs apartment block in London

Firefighters are battling a massive fire in an apartment high-rise in London . Actor and writer Tim Downie, who lives around 600 metres from the scene, said he feared the block could collapse. A fire and rescue service earlier said the building had 27 floors.
