Man arrested with knife outside United Kingdom parliament

In March, a man drove into pedestrians on nearby Westminster Bridge and stormed a gate at Parliament before he was shot dead. Police said officers on routine patrol noticed the man acting suspiciously and said he reached for a knife. There are no reports of injuries so far and the area has been cordoned off.
