Illinois hot air balloon accident injures 1 person


IT happened Thursday at a festival in Chatsworth when a sudden gust of wind sent the blue balloon soaring and slamming into the yellow balloon below it. The people on the balloon were eventually rescued. Video from the scene shows the balloon dragging the pilot on the ground, then starting to rise.
